 CCSL Advogados advised Zinc Capital on the acquisition process of Teclena – Automatização, Estudos e Representação, S.A., a company in the industrial automation sector.

Zinc Capital is the second Portuguese search-fund in the market to invest. The transaction involved the legal advice of the different parties involved, besides CCSL Advogados as AFMA and Sérvulo Associados.
