Municipal surtax rates applicable to corporate income tax of 2020 re-published

Last Friday, the Portuguese Tax Authorities published the Circular no. 20232, where the municipal surtax rates applicable to corporate taxable income were disclosed.

These rates were initially published in February 2021, having been partially amended in accordance with the requests of the municipalities of Serpa, Figueira da Foz, Felgueiras and Paredes.
