Portuguese State to guarantee home Loans for primary residences of young adults

A new decree has been published today, establishing the conditions under which the Portuguese State can provide guarantees to credit institutions to facilitate the granting of home loans for primary residences to young people aged 18 to 35.

The regulations for implementing this measure will be approved shortly.
