Reminder | Interim Evaluation Report – PPR

By the end of October, all entities covered by the RGPC must prepare an interim evaluation report whenever their PPR (Plan for the Prevention of Risks of Corruption and Related Offenses) includes risks classified as high or maximum.

Covered entities must ensure that the report is made publicly available to their employees within 10 days after its preparation.

Public entities must also communicate the report to the members of the Government responsible for their direction, supervision, or oversight, for their information, as well as to the inspection services of the respective governmental area and to the MENAC, within 10 days from its preparation.
