The deadline for the payment of the Real Estate Tax (IPU) in Angola was postponed until the end of February 2017. Such deadline extension is also applicable to the filing of the related income tax return.

Before making the payments the taxpayers should confirm the valuation given for tax purposes, in particular considering the recent fluctuations in prices in the Angolan market.
