New legislation has been published amending the regulatory regime to maintain a balanced competition on the wholesale electricity market.
This new amendment aims to correct interpretation issues that the original legislation has been creating, as well as to harmonize the mentioned regulatory regime with the Iberian Electricity Market, thus implementing better competition conditions and a thicker protection of the final consumer.
