The specialised administrative and tax courts begin to operate on September 1

Ordinance no. 121/2020, published today, establishes 1 September 2020 as the date for the specialised administrative and tax courts to come into operation.

This diploma follows the establishment of the specialisation in circle administrative courts and tax courts under the revision of the Administrative and Tax Courts Statute, and the subsequent setting up by law of courts of specialised competence.
