Reminder | Annual Evaluation Report – PPR

By the end of April, all entities covered by the RGPC must prepare an annual evaluation report which must reflect:

• The level of implementation of the identified measures;
• The existence of monitoring and review mechanisms;
• The forecast for full implementation, where applicable.

Covered entities must ensure that the report is made publicly available to their employees within 10 days after its preparation.

Public entities must also communicate the report to the members of the Government responsible for their direction, supervision, or oversight, for their information, as well as to the inspection services of the respective governmental area and to the MENAC, within 10 days from its preparation.
