Throughout his career, João has focused on tax advisory and litigation, financial, banking, real estate, and commercial matters, both in Portugal and internationally. At CCSL Advogados, João focuses on private clients matters and domestic and international tax issues.
Academic Background
João holds a degree in Law from the University of Lisbon – School of Law (2003) and several post-graduation degrees in tax matters as well as a post-graduation in international commercial law. He is also regularly invited as a speaker for events on tax matters, immigration and investments in Portugal.
Expertise
João focuses his practice on private clients and domestic and international tax issues, being fluent in Portuguese, English, Spanish, and French. He is registered with the Portuguese Bar Association and is a member of the Portuguese Fiscal Association (AFP) and of the International Fiscal Association (IFA).
